Congratulations to the Transcriptome Analytics Project Team, part of Luminesce Alliance Data Enabling Platform, who are finalists in the prestigious Research Australia Health and Medical Research Awards -Digital and Data Health Innovation category.
The awards honour and acknowledge the amazing research and leaders in the sector. The award nomination is validation of the team’s extraordinary efforts in creating the digital infrastructure that allows us to conduct real-time analysis of precision medicine data for Australian children with cancer.
Luminesce Alliance are delighted to have supported the team to become the largest computational biology team in paediatrics in Australia.
The team is delighted to be nominated and acknowledge the importance of partnerships in their journey including industry partners Equinix, Microsoft, NetApp, We Discover; and national research infrastructure support from NCI and Australian BioCommons.
Research Australia is the national peak body for health and medical research and the only organisation to represent the entire health and medical research pipeline.
