Luminesce Alliance 2025 Impact Report - Driving collaboration to deliver precision medicine for every child

News Stories

Paediatric cancers, rare diseases, and neurodevelopmental disorders affect thousands of children in NSW, placing a heavy burden on families and the health system. These conditions are often hard to treat and attract limited funding due to their rarity.

Luminesce Alliance, with the support of NSW Health, drives precision medicine research tailored to children’s unique genetic profiles. By fostering collaboration among health precincts, research institutes, universities, clinicians, and families, the program has accelerated groundbreaking research since 2019.

Thank you to our partners Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, Children’s Medical Research Institute, Children’s Cancer Institute, UNSW and University of Sydney for helping us make this possible.
